There's no short-changing the value of having a navy....

Back in the day, a container of wine we insured was lost off the coast of Portugal. Well, it wasn't lost, they knew where it was.....at the bottom of the ocean below the spot on the surface where the ship broke in two...but anyway, bless their hearts the crew was in lifeboats, worried that they were gonna perish at sea, when lo and behold here came the Portuguese Navy to the rescue. It was actually their entire Navy- one ship, I believe. They saved the day, and even rescued a few floating containers. I didn't even know they had a Navy. But they did. I didn't know Iraq had one, either. But perhaps they do.

Navies RULE.
